Paper Used

I only use Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl 310gsm for my prints.

General Delivery Information

I strive to get all jobs completed ASAP (depending on the workload as to how fast exactly but generally within 24-72 hours). BUT, if you need something in a hurry I have a ‘Rush Service’ available please contact me directly if you need a ‘Rush Service’

My RUSH service is for Urgent Orders. This is a premium service.

I use Star Track Express, Australia Post and DHL International. I can ship via urgent orders using my Priority service for very fast delivery Australia wide. It’s not cheap but when things are urgent that option is there!

I can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, I will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Shipping Times

All our orders are shipped directly by my printers here on the Gold Coast, Australia. From the time they leave, I use the following estimates for an estimated time of arrival. These estimates may vary depending on the exact location of the destination and any unforeseen challenges e.g. natural disasters etc.

NSW/ACT: 1-2 Days
VIC: 2-3 Days
SA: 3-4 Days
TAS: 3-5 Days
WA: 5-10 Days
NT: 5-10 Days

International Shipping times vary but all items are shipped via DHL International Air Express. It is not uncommon to have ordered arrive for example in the USA within 2-4 days.

Packaging

All orders are carefully hand packaged using a double layer bubble wrap. They are then boxed inside my custom made re-enforced boxes and fragile tape for the ultimate protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition at your door!

Refund policy

RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY

I am committed to quality and your satisfaction is important to me!

I will only exchange or refund goods if there has been a mistake made by us in the order process, or the product is faulty or damaged in the production or shipping process. Buy with confidence, once your photograph arrives at your home I allow seven days for you to return if you don’t like what you see, with a full refund of the price. The seven days will commence once tracking has established that artwork has reached destination.

In the unlikely event you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving and we will organise another print for you. If a replacement is unavailable, in the case of original artwork, for example, you may choose another suitable item of the same value, or receive your money back on that order. In such cases of fault or damage, the client will also be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Any artwork that is returned due to faults or damage must be returned, in the original packaging.

To return your order, simply follow these steps:

1. Email sales@garywhitephotography.com to let us know

  • The order number and email address used to place the order
  • The reason for the return
  • A digital picture of your delivered canvas print (attached to the email)
  • Whether I can offer you a replacement or that you prefer a refund

2. I will respond to your request with 24 hours of receipt with information on how they will be moving forward with your request.

Once I have received your email, I will confirm your complaint and then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Keep in mind that you can return your goods within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.
